BitCourses Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to BitCourses. These Terms of Use form a legal agreement between you and Mntad Software Solutions Establishment, the owner and operator of BitCourses, registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under National Number 101057860 and Tax Number 15089568. By using BitCourses, creating an account, or purchasing any course or service through it, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them unless context requires otherwise: Platform / BitCourses: the website and related educational services and products. We / Us / Operator: Mntad Software Solutions Establishment. User: any person who visits the platform, creates an account, purchases, or uses any service. Content: courses, videos, workshops, files, text, graphics, interfaces, and any other digital materials made available through the platform. Bits: the internal platform rewards system. Referral: any invitation, link, code, or course link used to refer a new user or new buyer to the platform or to a specific course.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to use the platform and enter into transactions through it. If you are a minor under applicable law, platform use must be under the supervision and approval of your parent or legal guardian.
4. Account and User Responsibility
When creating an account on BitCourses, you agree to: Provide information that is accurate, current, and as complete as possible. Keep your password and login credentials confidential. Remain responsible for all activities carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The platform may require additional verification or temporarily suspend an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or unauthorized account sharing.
5. Devices, Sessions, and Account Sharing
A BitCourses account is for the personal use of the user who created it. It may not be shared with others, used to resell access to content, or used by multiple people in violation of platform policy. Subject to our security and operational settings, we may: Set limits on the number of active devices or sessions per account. Block simultaneous viewing from more than one device at the same time. End certain sessions or require user re-verification. Suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if repeated sharing or clear misuse is detected.
6. Nature of Services
BitCourses provides digital educational services that may include, depending on what is offered from time to time: Recorded courses. Live workshops or sessions. Session replays. Learning files and attachments. Progress and rewards systems. Student verification features. Referral programs and rewards related to the platform or specific courses. We may modify, develop, discontinue services/features/courses, or change how they are delivered at any time, while observing rights tied to existing purchases under the published refund policy.
7. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Course and service prices are displayed in the currency specified on the checkout page. Fees and taxes, if any, apply as shown to the user on the payment page or invoice. The user agrees to pay all amounts due for services or products purchased through the platform. Enrollment in any course or service is not considered complete until payment succeeds or subscription is confirmed under the applicable system. Where discounts, coupons, or redeemable Bits exist, they are applied according to their specific terms, and the platform may reject or cancel any unlawful or fraudulent use.
8. Invoices and Proof of Purchase
The platform may issue an electronic invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase after payment completion, as required by applicable regulations and internal policies. The user is responsible for providing accurate information needed for invoicing or financial notices when requested.
9. Courses and Digital Content
When you purchase a course, subscription, or access to digital content, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for personal educational purposes only. Without our prior written consent, you may not: Resell, rent, or distribute content. Publish it on other websites or platforms. Copy, download, record, or extract it through unauthorized methods. Share it with others or enable third-party access. Use it for commercial, training, or teaching purposes for another party. All intellectual property rights in platform/content/marks/names/learning materials remain owned by the operator or licensed rights holders.
10. Live Workshops and Sessions
Some services may include live workshops or sessions. The platform or instructor may: Adjust session timing when necessary. Reschedule sessions. Provide or not provide recordings according to what is announced for each service. Set participation rules for audio, camera, chat, or attendance. Users must follow proper conduct and refrain from abuse toward instructors, participants, or the platform during live sessions.
11. Bits and Rewards
The platform may include an internal rewards system called Bits. It may be used for purposes such as: Promotional rewards. Referral rewards. Discounts or platform benefits. Future benefits defined by the platform. Bits are subject to the following: Bits are not legal tender or a standalone guaranteed monetary right. They may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged between users unless expressly enabled by the platform. The platform may modify value, accrual rules, redemption rules, validity, or discontinue Bits in the future. Any future Bits cash-out feature, if enabled, will be governed by separate terms and independent verification/compliance policies.
12. Referral System
The platform may offer two or more referral types, such as: Platform sign-up referral. Course-specific referral. All referrals are subject to: No referral is counted if fake, fraudulent, self-generated, or tied to related accounts in violation of policy. The platform may suspend or cancel rewards upon abuse detection. Certain rewards may remain Pending until conditions are met (e.g., verification, successful payment, or end of refund window). The platform may change referral rules, rates, rewards, and conditions at any time.
13. Student Verification
The platform may provide a student-verification feature for certain users by allowing upload of university IDs/documents/supporting details. The user confirms that: All submitted verification data and documents are accurate and belong to the user. The platform may approve or reject verification based on internal criteria. Submitting a request/documents does not create any obligation on the platform to approve. Misuse of verification or submission of misleading information may lead to account suspension or cancellation.
14. Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from: Using the platform in violation of law or public order. Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data. Sharing accounts or selling access to content. Copying, recording, or extracting content through unauthorized means. Introducing malware, disrupting the platform, or tampering with technical integrity. Exploiting platform errors, Bits/referral/pricing systems. Publishing or sending abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating content.
15. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination
At our reasonable discretion, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account, in whole or in part, if: The user breaches these terms. Unauthorized account sharing is detected. Fraudulent use or repeated abuse is found. False data or documents are submitted. Account continuation poses risk to the platform, users, or financial/technical rights. This may include: Terminating active sessions. Disabling content access. Freezing Bits, rewards, or referrals. Temporary or permanent bans.
16. Disclaimer
We strive to operate the platform and provide high-quality services/content, but we do not guarantee that: The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. All courses/sessions will meet every user’s individual expectations. Services will remain continuously available without interruption due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond control. The platform, services, and content are provided according to system availability and their digital educational nature.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from use or inability to use the platform. In all cases, our maximum liability to the user for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the disputed service during the 12 months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective from its publication date on the platform or from any specified effective date. Users are responsible for reviewing terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Jordanian courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms unless law requires or parties explicitly agree otherwise.
